Blue and white felt sauna hat, elf hat

I handcraft my sauna hats using the wet-felting technique with Australian Merino wool. Each model is a unique, artisan-made product.

For this blue-and-white felt sauna hat, I used 100% Australian Merino wool in blue and white. The "elf hat" style is a playful shape often used for sauna hats. My designs are primarily inspired by nature—reflecting the natural, eco-conscious ethos of sauna culture—with this specific model drawing its theme from the blue sky and the air.

Felt sauna hats provide superior insulation compared to other materials like standard felt, terry cloth, linen, or knit fabrics. They offer effective protection against intense sauna heat, making the experience much more comfortable and allowing for longer sessions. In addition to ensuring maximum comfort, the felt hat effectively shields hair follicles from high temperatures.

The hat is available in sizes ranging from 54 to 62 cm and is made to order based on your specific measurements. When ordering, please provide your head circumference in centimeters, measured just above the ears.
